Before taking possession of your new property, you will of course want to carry out an inspection on the property to ensure there are no major defects or issues. It is not uncommon for developers to rush owners through this stage as their main focus is to get money in as quickly as possible. It is however prudent to carry out a detailed property inspection and snag report prior to signing any Handover paperwork.

We have a great deal of experience in dealing with property inspections and snag reports as well as knowing the potential issues to look out for. We will carry out a complete walk-through of the property, taking detailed notes on any issues or faults that are found, however minor. We will inspect each and every room as well as testing all doors, fitting, paintwork, grouting and appliances. We will take photographs and videos for your reference and send you a signed copy of the snag report before submission to the developer. Follow ups will also take place until the work is rectified. We will carry this work out to the same level as you would yourself if you were handling it personally.
